This post is about the power of empathy and how insights formulated from the heart are much more powerful than research agencies, planners and strategisits creating powerpoints and word docs.
Watching TV in my tree I came across this song and the depth of understanding and compassion from this artist blew me away.
He's writing a song about a big issue in the world today and that's the right and freedom of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender communities of the world. And though I am a not a gay Squirrel, (I love rabbits) I do empathize with this community.
That's the power of insight; when you know your audience so well, that you can express their feelings for them.
I choose song writers over strategists any day.
